Hydrogenated palm kernel oil

Hydrogenated palm kernel oil is a partially hydrogenated non fractionated palm kernel oil base product. It is a food grade hard fat with excellent qualities. It is bland and odourless with excellent palatability. This is mainly used for chocolate coating as well as chocolate filling application depending on the required melting point and texture for the Chocolate..
