Vegetable ghee serves as a substitute for traditional ghee, an important ingredient in many Indian & Arabic dishes and desserts. Vegetable Ghee has fine texture and flavour that is an immediate substitute to dairy based ghee. Some regions prefer texturised ghee which provides granulated consistency for the product over the smooth texture.
