Our Vegetable shortening product is made from Pure Refined Palm Oil which are free from Trans Fatty Acids. They are used in all confectionery and frying applications with low oxidation property. They are excellent for use in creaming products, appeals white in colour and is available in various melting points from 36 Deg C to 52 Deg C.
